High Velocity Oxy-Fuel: dense carbide layers (WC-Co-Cr) with very high adhesion and low porosity, ideal for wear and erosion.

Robotizing spray and welding processes ensures the supply of single parts or serial production with controlled, repeatable and reliable parameters. We guarantee the lowest possible material consumption, controlling layer thickness to the hundredth —whether machined and/or post-processed, or As-Sprayed— especially in Plasma and HVOF coatings.

Reverse-engineering complex geometries
Dimensional, material and conceptual reverse engineering. We reverse-engineer complex geometries through 3D measurement, portable XRF for non-destructive, non-invasive material identification, and above all redesigns drawing on more than 50 years of know-how in advanced technology.
